Diwali Utsav Spin & Win · ACER MALL

1. Offer period: The offer is valid during the Diwali season, from 21 October 2026 to 9 November 2026 (both days inclusive), during store working hours.
2. Eligibility: The offer applies only to the purchase of an Acer laptop at ACER MALL. Purchases of accessories or any other products are not eligible.
3. One spin per bill: Each eligible invoice/bill number entitles the customer to one spin only. A bill number that has already been used cannot be used again.
4. Prize: The customer will receive only the prize shown on the screen at the end of their spin. The result recorded by the system is final and no re-spin will be given.
5. No exchange or cash: Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash.
6. ₹500 and ₹1000 Gift Vouchers: Applicable on the customer's next purchase of a laptop, desktop or accessories at ACER MALL, and are deducted from the store price. They cannot be used on the current purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Collection: The prize must be collected from the store at the time of purchase, along with the original invoice.
8. Product images: Prize images are for representation only. The actual product's colour or design may vary. Prizes are subject to availability, and the store may replace a prize with a product of equal or higher value.
9. Returns: If the laptop is returned or the purchase is cancelled, the prize must also be returned unused, or its value will be adjusted against the refund.
10. Customer details: The name and mobile number entered are used to verify the bill and to send the prize details on WhatsApp. They are not shared with third parties.
11. Store's rights: ACER MALL reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the offer, or change these terms, at any time without prior notice. The management's decision on all matters related to this offer is final.
